Plastic surgeon · Med spa owner · 35+ years

Run the practice.
Don't let it run you.

I have owned my plastic surgery practice and med spa for more than thirty-five years. Three systems let it grow without depending on me in every room: a patient newsletter, steady social posting, and knowing my numbers. Now I help other practice owners put the same systems in place.

My approach

Three systems that keep patients coming back while you practice

None of these are clever. They work because they run every week, whether or not you have time that week.

01

A newsletter patients read

One useful idea at a steady cadence, in one person's voice, so patients hear from you between visits and come back.

02

Social posting that sounds like you

Consistent, compliant posts with your approval on every one. Visibility built by repetition, not by chasing trends.

03

Know your numbers

Profit by service, not revenue alone: which treatments actually support the practice once clinician time and consumables are counted.

The project

Done-for-you social posting for practices

Steady posting kept my practice in front of the people who already trusted us. It is also hard to keep up on top of seeing patients. So my team builds it for practices, with two rules that never bend: each practice obtains its own patient consents, and nothing is posted without the practice's approval.

We provide the posts, you postPosts are written and prepared for you. Your team schedules and publishes them.
Done for youPosts are written, scheduled and published for you. You approve each one.

My own practice, Youthful Images, uses this system today. Join the waitlist and I will reach out personally.

Meridian Profits

Revenue reports make every busy service look the same. I built Meridian Profits to show contribution and profit for each service, including injector time, consumables and overhead, so pricing and scheduling decisions get easier. It is free.

The newsletter

Quiet Empire

One short, practical email a week for practice owners who want the business to run without them in every room. Free, and easy to unsubscribe from.

About

Thirty-five years in the practice

I grew up in an Italian blue-collar family where college was uncharted territory, and paid part of my way through school playing in a band. I trained at West Virginia University, completed general surgery and then plastic surgery training, and in 1990 my family and I made Connecticut home.

I opened my practice with substantial training debt and learned hiring, finance and reimbursement the way most owners do: under pressure. When managed-care economics made quality care hard to sustain, I rebuilt the practice around cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medicine. I became the first provider in Connecticut to offer CO₂ laser resurfacing, worked through more than fourteen laser systems over the years, and built an in-house operating room and a MedSpa.

Today Youthful Images offers plastic surgery, med spa and hair restoration. Along the way I learned that clinical excellence is not enough on its own; the practice also needs systems that run without you. That is what I write about, and what I help other owners build.

Want these systems set up for you?

Join the waitlist for done-for-you social posting and I will walk you through what it would look like for your practice.

How do patient privacy and photos work?

Each practice obtains its own patient consents, and no patient name, face, photo or story is used without written consent on file. Nothing is posted without the practice's approval. Your own advertising rules and counsel always come first.

Do I approve every post?

Yes. Every post is approved before it goes out. Nothing publishes on autopilot.

How much of my time does it take?

It depends on the path you choose. If we provide the posts and your team publishes them, someone on your team owns the weekly posting. If it is done for you, your part is approving posts and supplying consented photos and topics.

Will it sound like me?

That is the point. Posts are built from the questions your patients actually ask and the way you explain things in the consult room, and you approve each one.

How will I know it's working?

By consults and bookings, not likes: tracked booking links in your posts and profiles, and "How did you hear about us?" asked at every intake.

Is anyone using it?

Yes. My own practice, Youthful Images, uses this system today.

Less operator. More owner.
